Answered Prayer: House

We have a buyer!

Tuesday we got an offer, Wednesday we countered and they accepted! We are very thankful. As much as we loved our old home, it wasn't realistic for us to rent or maintain it while we are at Gateway.

We would appreciate continued prayers for the closing to go smoothly. They have requested an inspection, which is normal and we don't anticipate anything being an issue, but it would be an added stress both mentally and financially if something major came up.
