Where are we living?
In August 2020, we moved to Gateway Woods campus and into the Lead apartment at Maple House. The Lead apartment is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a small living room and kitchen.  It is attached to the main house with a door between. 

Where do we live when we are off duty?
In the same apartment. We close the door and pull an amazing sliding bookcase across it. 

What is our job description?
We are Lead House Parents for teenagers in a group home setting. We are attempting to provide a structured home environment and helping them learn and  grow. We are in charge of structuring the house, keeping our Alternates and Assistant in the loop, and doing lots of paperwork. 

How much do we work?
We are on duty all but 9 days a month. 

What are the resident's ages?

We can take 12-18 year-olds. 

How many residents do we have?

As alternates at Pine House we had  the maximum 7 residents at one point. And that was a lot! We have had 2-5  now at Maple House.
